Rice:
- Cook as per packet instructions.

Chicken
- Heat pan over high heat, add in oil and heat for 10 seconds. Add in chicken (skin side down).
- Fry for 3 - 5 mins till skin is lightly browned, turn heat to medium and flip to cook other side. Cook for another 3-4 mins or until fully cooked.
- Remove from pan and rest.

Oyster mushrooms:
- Add to same pan as chicken and reduce heat to low-med. Cook till lightly browned. Season with salt.

Salted cucumber:
- Sprinkle with 2 tsp salt and toss. Leave to rest for 5 mins. Squeeze cucumber with hands to release water. Set aside.

Plating:
- Distribute rice across 4x plates.
- Slice chicken and place over rice, then add mushrooms, salted cucumber and avocado slices.
- Drizzle Hot Honey Aioli over chicken and sprinkle with Original Umami Crunch.
