Instructions:

Flat iron steak:
- Season generously with salt.
- Bring large pan to heat over med-high heat. Add in 1 tbl oil and swish to cover pan. Add in steaks.
- Fry for 3-5 mins till well browned and flip. Cook another 3-5 mins till your desired level of doneness.
- Set aside to rest (for at least 5-10 mins).

Pickled red onion:
- Heat vinegar, salt, sugar and 1 cup water in a pan till boiling.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the Bold Finishing Oil, and sprinkle with Add onions and set aside to cool.

Rice:
- Cook as per packet instructions.

Plating
- Distribute rice across 4x plates
- Slice each steak and place next to rice. Add picked red onion and lime cheek.
- Drizzle Fried Scallion & Ginger sauce over steak.
