One Pan Black Pepper & Garlic Beef and Sprout Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Beef sausage, with meat removed from skin (discard skin)
  • Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • Onion, sliced, small/medium
  • Sproutje Black Pepper Garlic Sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Vegetable oil

 Instructions:

  1. Stir fry:

    • Heat a large, high sided pan over med-high heat. Add 2 tbl oil, add sausage mince and sliced onion. 
    • Cook for 2-3 mins, breaking up the sausage mince with a wooden spoon, then add brussels sprouts. Cover with a lid and cook for another 4 mins. 
    • Remove lid and continue cooking for 3-5 mins till sausage is well browned. 
    • Drizzle sauce into pan, toss for 30 secs and turn off heat. 
  2. Plating:

    • Distribute across 4x plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
