Grilled Kebab, Chipotle Lime Aioli, Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • Adana mince (available at Middle Eastern and/or Turkish butchers)
  • Cherry tomatos, quartered
  • Parsley, roughly chopped
  • Red onion, finely sliced
  • Sproutje Chipotle & Lime Aioli
  • Tortilla
  • Wooden skewers
  • Vegetable oil

 Instructions:

  1. Kebabs:

    • Roll Adana mince into 16 equal sized balls. Skewer 4x balls onto each skewer. 
    • Heat pan over med-high heat. Add kebabs, fry for 3-4 mins till well browned. Flip and continue cooking till well done. 
    • Set aside.
  2. Tortillas:

    • Warm in microwave for 15-20 secs. 
  3. Plating:

    • Place tortilla on plate, sprinkle cherry tomatoes, red onion and parsley evenly. 
    • Add kebab and drizzle with Chipotle Lime Aioli.
