Instructions:

Stir fry:
- Heat a large, high sided pan over med-high heat. Add 2 tbl oil, add sausage mince and sliced onion.
- Cook for 2-3 mins, breaking up the sausage mince with a wooden spoon, then add brussels sprouts. Cover with a lid and cook for another 4 mins.
- Remove lid and continue cooking for 3-5 mins till sausage is well browned.
- Drizzle sauce into pan, toss for 30 secs and turn off heat.

- Distribute across 4x plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
